AIP630H

		The AIP630 features a NEMA 12 cabinet housing controls, power supply, vacuum pump, compressor, and valves. The local touch pad is on this cabinet to allow operation in the event of a computer failure. The pressure vessel is seen on the left. It is inside a cover protecting the electrical connections. The cooling system can be seen located on the side with a translucent reservoir and plate heat exchanger. The top head is connected to cooling lines to prevent the operator from touching hot surfaces.
