These each cover a given temperature range and have unique characteristics for certain material needs. All AIP furnaces are quick disconnect type which can be unplugged and switched very easily. Furnaces can be purchased for existing Hot Isostatic Presses to improve performance and durability. |

AIP's advanced Carbon-Carbon furnace technology is available not only in
AIP systems, but also as an upgrade to older HIP systems. The modular,
plug in capability allows multiple furnaces to be interchanged easily.
This makes maintenance and repair very simple. AIP's can supply furnaces
to sinter under vacuum to 1750 degrees C, or low pressure to 2100
degrees C. A major advantage to AIP furnaces is the optimized thermal
uniformity achieved through unique insulation design.
