AIP offers many research size systems including the AIP6-30H Hot Isostatic Press shown.   This unit is capable of 30,000 psi and 2200 degrees C.  It is fully automated and comes complete and ready to run.  The load capacity is 3" diameter x 5" long. It has been the top choice among many universities for a simple and economical HIP.

AIP6-30H unit shown with optional wire wrapped safety enclosure. The wire wrapped safety enclosure is used in cases where extreme safety is desired. An ASME code stamped vessel is placed inside the barrier giving a full secondary containment. 

AIP mid size units fill the need for prototype research and small production requirements. The AIP10-30H system shown features a 5" x 10" hot zone rated to 2200 degrees C. AIP can supply systems in pressures up to 100,000 psi. All AIP HIP systems feature plug in style furnaces which allow multiple furnace types to be used with one vessel.

AIP production systems can be purchased up to and over 60 inches in diameter, with pressures to 30,000 psi.
